PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device which prevents a communication charge from being excessively increased in billing due to a not-found fault in a connection device, by adjusting entire running costs as needed.SOLUTION: When notification information is generated, a notification device calculates a communication charge for giving the notification information and calculates a cumulative communication charge up to the present time in the present month. The notification device then adds the cumulative communication charge to the notification information and transmits the result to a center device. |
