摘要 <p>The baked product (1) has a layer structure including layers of baked dough (2, 4) e.g. biscuit dough. A fruit spread or a layer filling (3) is applied on the baked dough, where the baked dough is partially coated with a chocolate (8) as a coating layer. A layer of particulate nuts (7) is partially arranged on the baked dough under the chocolate layer. A layer of the fruit spread e.g. dark fruit spread or jam is applied on a lower layer of the baked dough. An isolation airtight layer (5) is provided on the layers of the baked dough. The layers of the baked dough is selected from layers of a cake dough, yeast dough, a tender dough and/or kneading dough, a biscuit dough and an agitating dough. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a baked product.</p>
