PURPOSE: An inner pot for an electric cooker, which is comprised of ceramic improving a conservative force for food and a thermal insulation force, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve thermal insulation and conservative property for the food with small temperature change by enabling efficient heating and improve the taste of the food inside the inner pot because the inner and outer surface of the inner pot is evenly heated. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an inner pot for an electric cooker comprised of ceramic comprises a ceramic basic raw material preparing process (S10), a natural drying process (S20), a first plasticity process (S30), a glazing process (S40), a second plasticity process (S50), a heating element forming process (S60), and a third plasticity process (S70). A heating element is formed on the circumference of the ceramic of the inner pot for the electric cooker after the second plasticity process. The ceramic of the inner pot for the electric cooker forming the heating element is put on a kiln and is heat-treated for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 800-900 degrees Celsius.
