The spinning nozzle (10) has a workpiece (15) with preset wall thickness. Several micro-holes (12) are formed in the workpiece along transverse direction. Each micro-hole has a diameter of about 45 mu m. The wall thickness of the workpiece in the transverse direction is set to be thicker so that that the aspect ratio between the wall thickness of workpiece and the diameter of the micro-holes is 5:1. An independent claim is included for a method for forming micro-holes in workpiece.
