CELL PENETRATING PEPTIDE DERIVED FROM HUMAN LPIN3 PROTEIN AND CARGO DELIVERY SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cell penetrating domain is provided to introduce a cargo protein into cells with high efficiency and to prevent immune response problems, thereby being used as a signal sequence for delivering various polymeric substances into cells. CONSTITUTION: A cell penetrating domain contains a nuclear localization signal sequence of human LPIN3 protein. A recombinant cargo with improved cell membrane permeability contains the cell penetrating domain and a cargo which is fused at N-terminal or C-terminal of the cell penetrating domain. A method for delivering the cargo into cells comprises the steps of: preparing the recombinant cargo; and making the recombinant cargo touch cells.
