PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed that allows its posture to be changed into a flat posture, a back lifting posture, and a knee lifting posture similarly to a general care bed when a wheelchair is united with the bed, a method for uniting the bed, and method for separating the same.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 9 includes: a seating portion 15 configured by freely bendably connecting a chair back support member and a chair leg support member connected to each other by link members; a chair support member 14 for supporting the seating portion; a chair base portion 13 for securing the chair support member; and running wheels 12 for supporting the chair base portion. A bed body 10, which is united with the wheelchair and constitutes a bed 11, includes: a bed surface portion 17 configured by freely bendably connecting a plurality of divided members; a bed surface support member 18 for supporting the bed surface portion; and a bed base portion 19 for securing the bed surface support member. When the wheelchair and the bed body are united with each other, the support member for supporting the seating portion is switched from functioning as the chair support member to functioning as the bed surface support member, and the bed surface portion and the seating portion change the posture of the bed in an integrated manner according to the posture change of the bed surface support member. |
