PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for inkjet fixed quickly onto all kinds of printing paper sheets used in a market even under the absence of a heat source, and capable of forming an image of high image quality and high fastness.SOLUTION: An inkjet ink composition includes, as essential components, (1) silica sol and/or alumina sol, (2) a coloring agent comprising a dye or pigment dispersed or dissolved in water, (3) a synthetic polymer comprising an acrylic copolymer and dispersible or soluble in water, (4) water, and (5) an organic solvent having a boiling point of 180°C (760 mmHg) or higher and miscible with water or an alcohol. |
