PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately deploy modules in response to changes in a network path.SOLUTION: A server node 110 receives path information related to a path of a network from a plurality of nodes connected to the network. The server node 110 generates connection information between the plurality of nodes on the basis of the received path information. The server node 110 determines whether or not a module for processing an event can be deployed to one or a plurality of nodes among the plurality of nodes when the event is transmitted between the nodes shown by the generated connection information. The server node 110 changes a transmission destination of the event which is set for each of the plurality of nodes to a node shown by estimated connection information and deploys the module to the node, when the module can be deployed to the node.
