PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road decking panel that is good in operability since laying operation and removing operation can be efficiently performed, and prevents a rattling noise etc., from being generated when a vehicle travels, and a method of constructing the same.SOLUTION: A plurality of road decking panels 2 formed in a rectangular shape are arranged by making their lengthwise side face portions abut against each other.
