PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables generation of a print job that allows a print process and an inserting and sealing process to be carried out on form data in association with envelope page data at a low cost.SOLUTION: A terminal device 2 for controlling an inserting and sealing system 1 uses a form application 22 to generate form data 32 for each of one or more mails. An envelope data generator unit 11 generates envelope page data 34, which includes addresses, on the basis of address information 36 corresponding to the form data 32 for each of the one or more mails. A delimiter detection unit 12 detects delimiter data representing delimiters located at prescribed positions in the form data 32 to separate each mail. A sorting unit 14 separates the data 32 into portions for the one or more mails using the detected delimiter data. A print job generating unit 13 associates each set of the form data 32 separated for each mail by the sorting unit 14 with each set of the envelope page data 34 for each mail generated by the envelope data generating unit 11 to successively generate one or more sets of print job data 35 for each mail. |
