PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any failure from being generated when paper sheets are ejected from the segmented part of a conveyance path without being noticed.SOLUTION: The paper sheet conveyance device includes: a conveyance path having a drive part for conveying paper sheets, which is formed so as to be connected/disconnected to/from another conveyance path; and a control knob disposed in the neighborhood of the segmented part of the conveyance path with the other conveyance path so as to be connected to the drive part, and so as to be rotationally operated in one rotational direction and another rotational direction for manually driving the drive part for conveying paper sheets in accordance with the rotational operation. When paper sheets staying in the conveyance path are removed, the control knob can be rotationally operated while confirming whether or not the paper sheets staying in the conveyance path are ejected from the segmented part. Thus, any failure can be prevented from being generated when the paper sheets are ejected from the segmented part of the conveyance path without being noticed. |
