PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device box for an elevator capable of preventing the aesthetic appearance of the elevator from being deteriorated and also improving a protection against mischief.SOLUTION: A fixture 13 mounted on the rear surface of a cover plate 12 includes a screw rod 21, a nut 22 provided to the screw rod 21, and a spring 23 provided between the nut 22 and the cover plate 12. A partially open elongated hole 36 to which the screw rod 21 positioned between the nut 22 and the cover plate 12 is fitted is provided to a locking piece 32 of a lower fixing metal fitting 10. The fixture 13 is attached to the lower fixing metal fitting 10 while the screw rod 21 is fitted into the partially open elongated hole 36 with the spring 23 compressed between the nut 22 and the locking piece 32, and detached from the lower fixing metal fitting 10 since a cover 11 is displaced along an opening 20 of a box 8 and the screw rod 21 comes out of the partially open elongated hole 36. |
