PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated micro fluid system.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system for extracting a polynucleotide from many samples, especially biological samples, and to a system for then amplifying and detecting the extracted samples. The invention especially relates to a micro fluid system for performing PCR (polymerase chain reaction) for many samples of a nucleotide of a target of interest in micro fluid channels (micro channels) to detect the nucleotide.
