PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator with dust-proof mechanism, capable of exerting sure dust-proof function throughout a whole stroke range.SOLUTION: A linear actuator 100 with dust-proof mechanism is a device including: a ball screw; a moving stage 4 having a ball screw nut engaged with the ball screw, and linearly reciprocable in an axial direction of the ball screw along with rotating motion of the ball screw; a housing member 2 installed to cover at least the ball screw; opening parts 27, 28 formed to the housing member 2 along a moving trajectory of the moving stage 4; and dust-proof belts 29, 30 disposed inside the housing member 2 to close the opening parts 27, 28. The linear actuator 100 with the dust-proof mechanism includes end plate covers 105a, 105b covering end part sides of the housing member 2 to have high dust-proof performance. |
