PURPOSE: A differential pressure sensor is provided to simplify a structure of the sensor, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A differential pressure sensor comprises a differential pressure sensor member(10), a sensor casing member, a casing cover member(30), a first connection pipe unit, and a second connection pipe unit. The differential pressure sensor member includes upper and lower sensing portions capable of respectively sensing pressure in the upper and lower parts. The sensor casing member includes a sensor inserting space unit where the differential pressure sensor member is inserted and a gas inflow space unit. The first connection pipe unit is connected to the gas inflow space unit, and the second connection pipe unit is connected to the lower part of the sensor insertion space unit. The casing cover member is joined to the upper part of the sensor casing member, thereby covering the opened top of the sensor casing unit and includes a connection passage connecting the sensor inserting space unit and the gas inflow space unit. |
