PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for managing a secondary battery connected in parallel with a commercial power supply.SOLUTION: An input section for inputting the storage amount to be secured against a blackout inputs the electric storage amount to be secured against a blackout to a secondary battery 14 in preparation against an interruption of a commercial power supply. A charging-timezone input section inputs a timezone for charging the electric power from a commercial power supply to the secondary battery 14. A control section 34 makes the secondary battery 14 being charged during the timezone being input by the charging-timezone input section. In this configuration, when an updated storage amount to be secured against a blackout that is newly input to the input section for inputting the storage amount to be secured against a blackout is more than the amount stored in the secondary battery 14, the control section 34 charges the secondary battery 14 up to the updated storage amount to be secured against a blackout, regardless of the charging timezone that the charging-timezone input section has input. |
