PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a jet pump having both of a high pump function and a small physical size.SOLUTION: In a jet pump 1, a downstream side end 120b of a suction pipe 120 and an upstream side end 130a of a discharge pipe 130 are connected to each other in a radial direction of the discharge pipe 130, and form a connection 140; a nozzle 110 is extended in an axial direction of the discharge pipe 130, and opened in the upstream side end 130a of the discharge pipe 130; and the suction pipe 120 and the discharge pipe 130 are shaped to have respective inner diameters enlarged or fixed from the ends 120b, 130a toward opposite ends 120a, 130b. In a method for manufacturing the jet pump 1, when opening a mold after molding, a slide core 1008 is pulled out in a direction from the downstream end part 120b toward the upstream end part 120a of the suction pipe 120, and a slide core 1007 is pulled out in a direction from the upstream end part 130a toward the downstream end part 130b of the discharge pipe 130. |
