PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat slicing method which can automatically throw sliced meat pieces to a tray so that the tray may become a tray different in a dish-up amount without changing a tray moving device.SOLUTION: A meat slicing method uses a meat slicer which throws sliced meat pieces which are cut at a prescribed width into a tray having almost the same bottom width as the width dimension of the cut-out sliced meat pieces, and changes a throw-in amount. Thus, the tray different in a dish-up amount of the sliced meat pieces can be obtained by using a tray different in a length dimension in a direction in which a sliced meat is transferred. |
