PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing a polyamide resin composition which includes an aliphatic polyamide or a semi-aromatic polyamide including aromatic dicarboxylic residue, and an additive, the method being capable of stably and continuously discharging the polyamide resin composition in a strand shape and having high productivity.SOLUTION: A method for producing a polyamide resin composition includes: preparing a primary condensate by continuously polymerizing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and/or an aromatic dicarboxylic acid with an aliphatic diamine; and adding the additive thereto followed by kneading while continuously performing high-degree polymerization of the primary condensate in a melting and kneading machine. The additive is added after the high degree polymerization of the primary condensate is performed until the relative viscosity of an oligomer in the primary condensate reaches 2.0-3.5.
