PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge operating device for discharging of large amount of discharged seawater generated from a seaboard power generation ship successively into a deep open sea.SOLUTION: When seawater is poured into a second underwater container water tank to the predetermined level, a second deep seawater reverse flow preventive door is closed. Next, discharged seawater discharge doors A, B are opened, seawater enters a space part remaining in a discharged seawater discharge facility cylindrical tower to the level of the draft line. Since a reverse flow preventive spare door C in the upper water tank is already closed, a part of air remaining in the discharged seawater discharge facility cylindrical tower becomes bubbles and enters the second underwater container water tank. However, the water tank cannot resist the flow-in water pressure of fall-entering discharged seawater of large amount. Thus, the discharged seawater immediately enters in a swell cylinder and an outer rotary blade part in the discharged seawater facility cylindrical tower. And at the same time, the acceleration of the downward press-out discharging force of discharged seawater caused by the swell rotational motion of both facilities is continued due to the discharge of the entering discharged seawater, and the stronger rotation of each swell cylinder is continued due to discharged seawater of large amount pouring in from the upper discharged seawater discharge port, and discharged seawater is immediately discharged into deep seawater open sea. |
