PURPOSE: An EGR cooler for vehicles is provided to obtain the degree of freedom, and to reduce nitrogen oxide generated from the vehicles regardless of the changes in the various systems of the vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An EGR cooler for vehicles comprises an EGR cooler housing, a radiation unit(200), and a radiation fin unit(300). A path for coolants is formed in the EGR cooler housing. The radiation unit is placed inside the EGR cooler housing, and a barrier(210) dividing the inside is formed. The radiation fin unit is integrally formed with a body inserted into the radiation unit. The radiation unit comprises a polygonal radiation fin(320) for increasing a heat transfer surface. The radiation fin is arranged outside the body. The radiation fin comprises first and second heat transfer surfaces. The second heat transfer surface is formed on the end of the first heat transfer surface, and closely attached to the inner surface of the radiation unit. |
