PURPOSE: A cap of potteries for ripening food is provided to easily discharge gas such as carbon dioxide generated inside the pottery to the outside of the pottery through an air gap of a cap unit made of oak materials. CONSTITUTION: A cap (10) of potteries for ripening food comprises an inserting member (110) and a handle member (120). The inserting member is inserted into the inside of an entrance formed on the upper part of the pottery in which objects to ripen are accommodated. The inclined surface (111) in a ring shape is formed to be downwardly inclined to the inside toward the lower side from the upper side at the lateral surface. The handle member is formed on the upper surface of the inserting member. A cap unit is made of oak materials. |
