PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and a manufacturing method of the same, which can improve luminance and color distribution characteristics at a light emission surface.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises: a light-emitting lamination structure including a substrate, a semiconductor light-emitting element mounted on the substrate, a wavelength conversion layer which is arranged on the semiconductor light-emitting element and contains phosphor particles, and a translucent plate-like member mounted on the wavelength conversion layer; and a translucent dispersal element which includes a scattering material and is arranged on the translucent plate-like member. |
