PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep control system capable of appropriately controlling sleep of a target person even when sleep duration of the target is changed.SOLUTION: A sleep control system allows a target person to control sleep and to awaken in accordance with the preset sleep duration, in which the sleep duration is set (S10), the changed sleep duration is conducted (S12), if the sleep duration is changed, and then, the sleep is controlled in accordance with the changed sleep duration (S16). Accordingly, the sleep control can be conducted in accordance with the sleep duration even when the sleep duration is indeterminate, so that the target parson can be suitably intended sleepiness elimination and fatigue recovery effectively using the sleep duration. |
