PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false-twisting device of a drawing false-twisting machine, more specifically a frictional false-twisting disk of a drawing false-twisting machine, which is used for bringing a yarn-like material comprising multiple continuous filaments, such as of a polyester or nylon, referred to as POY, into direct contact with the outer peripheral surface of the disk and thereby twisting the POY, and which has excellent durability.SOLUTION: A frictional false-twisting disk used in a false-twisting device of a drawing false-twisting machine, comprises a rubber member obtained by peroxide curing of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber containing 17-44 wt.% of bonded acrylonitrile as a frictional false-twisting member. The peroxide-cured rubber member has a rubber hardness of 65-95 in terms of JIS-A hardness as measured at 25°C by a method in accordance with JIS K6253 and a viscoelastic component, tanδ of 0.15 or less as measured at an atmospheric temperature of 60°C and a frequency of 60 Hz by a tensile vibration test method in accordance with JIS K7244-4 (ISO6721-4). |
