PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone system that can surely secure a user for an opportunity to make a call even under the situation of origination restriction.SOLUTION: In the case where a base station device 103 has received an origination restriction signal from an upper-level network 108 and has moved to the state of origination restriction, if a mobile terminal makes a call to a designated destination number communication terminal via a radio channel 102, the base station device 103 activates a pseudo terminal 123 to connect the origin mobile terminal to the pseudo terminal 123, and stores voice message from the mobile terminal by associating the voice message with a destination number in a storage memory 225. Then, when it has received an origination restriction cancel signal from the upper-level network 108 and has moved to the state of cancelling origination restriction, the base station device 103 activates the pseudo terminal 123 to connect the destination number communication terminal stored in the storage memory 225 by associating it with the voice message to the pseudo terminal 123 via the upper-level network 108, and transmits the voice message stored in the storage memory 225 to the destination number communication terminal. |
