The cutting tool has two relatively movable blades (2,3) that includes cutting edge (9) having cutting edge sections (7,8). The movable blades are moved and overlapped with each other in closed state. Several incisions (10) are formed in cutting edge sections over length of moving blade in acute or right angle with respect to cutting edge. The incisions are separately formed from one another at preset interval which is greater than a width of incision. An independent claim is included for a method for forming a cutting tool.
