The frame component (18) has two half-shells (18a,18b) which are formed as a sheet metal and face each other with their open profile cross-sections. The half-shells are connected with each other by receiving another frame component arranged between the half shells. The two half shells have outer contours corresponding with each other and are arranged in transverse direction (y) extensively considered overlapping each other. The two half-shells are punched out or press formed from a sheet metal blank. An independent claim is included for a two-wheeler frame with a subframe section.
