PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that ink adheres to a conveying roller and a cutting means when an end of a rolled medium whose end is fixed is detected and rewinding is performed.SOLUTION: When a roll end of a roll sheet 120 whose end is fixed is detected by an adhering roll end detection sensor 141, whether or not a drying instruction to stop the roll sheet 120 for a predetermined time is given is discriminated. When the drying instruction for the roll sheet 120 is given, drive of a suction fan 26 is stopped and drive of a pair of conveying rollers 131 is stopped. Then, feeding of the roll sheet 120 is stopped during a drying time and the sheet is dried, and thereafter, an operation of rewinding the roll sheet 120 is performed. |
