PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave receiver and a radio wave clock that can improve the reception sensitivity of an antenna without using an insulation member as a separate component.SOLUTION: In a wristwatch, an upper opening of a wristwatch case 1 is closed with a watch glass 11, a lower opening of the wristwatch case 1 is closed with a metal rear lid 12, and an antenna 15 is disposed in the wristwatch case 1. The wristwatch case 1 includes a metal outer case 8, and a synthetic resin inner case 9 disposed inside the outer case 8, and the inner case 9 electrically insulates the outer case 8 from the rear lid 12. Therefore, the outer case 8 can be surely insulated from the rear lid 12 by the synthetic resin inner case 9 without using an insulation member as another component, and the reception sensitivity of an antenna 15 can be improved because the synthetic resin inner case 9 separates the antenna 15 from the metal outer case 8 with a sufficient distance. |
