PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet excellent in strength, conductivity and bending workability.SOLUTION: A copper alloy contains 0.10-0.50% Cr, 0.010-0.30% Ti, 0.01-0.10% Si, and the balance being copper and inevitable impurities, wherein a mass ratio of the Cr content and the Ti content satisfies the relation: 1.0≤(Cr/Ti)≤30, a mass ratio of the Cr content and the Si content satisfies the relation: 3.0≤(Cr/Si)≤30. When a metal texture on the surface of a fracture cross-section of the copper alloy in the direction of thickness (t) is measured by a FESEM-EBSP method, the average length of the long axis of a crystal grain is 6.0 μm or less, and the average length of a short axis thereof is 1.0 μm or less. |
