PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device that enables perforating and binding at one end side in a lateral direction of a sheet ejected to a sheet ejection part when ejected in a longitudinal direction, and thereby achieves a relatively small device to be compactly installed in the sheet ejection part of an image forming apparatus body, and to provide an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A post-processing device is provided with: a first movement means 31 for moving a sheet P ejected to the sheet ejection part toward a punching part 32 installed at one end side in a width direction; a second movement means 59 for moving the sheet P perforated at the punching part 32 toward the other end side in the width direction; an inclined tray part 38 configured such that the one end side in the width direction of the sheet P moved to the other end side in the width direction falls downward, inclined and loaded, and subjected to the binding by a stapling part 50 divided into a clinch part and a driver part; a loading tray part 52 where a plurality of sheets P are loaded, the plurality of sheets P subjected to the binding and moved to the other end side in the width direction by the second movement means 59. |
