PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery having a basic performance as a battery, a high capacity and excellent cycle charge and discharge characteristics.SOLUTION: A secondary battery employs an electrolyte composition which is obtained by appropriately selecting a polymer having ethylene oxide structure, if necessary, a carbonate ester compound having an ethylene oxide unit or an ether compound having an ethylene oxide unit, a cyclic carbonate ester compound having an unsaturated bond, and an electrolyte salt compound and by mixing the cyclic carbonate ester compound having an unsaturated bond and the electrolyte salt compound in the polymer having an ethylene oxide structure and which allows formation of a stable interface on a negative electrode. |
