PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance seal responsiveness, and to achieve downsizing in the valve shaft direction.SOLUTION: A normal open solenoid valve includes a sub-passage 7 formed between a fixed core 21 and a valve seat member 5, and a seal member 15 disposed at an upstream side of the sub-passage 7. The seal member 15 has a shape of a round belt. An inner periphery 15a of the seal member 15 is sandwiched between the valve seat member 5 and a holding member 10 whereby the outer periphery 15b of the seal member 15 is disposed to block an open end 7b at the upstream side of the sub-passage 7. When the pressure of a fluid upstream is lower than pressure at a downstream side to cause a pressure difference, the seal member 15 bends at the outer periphery 15b and separates from the open end 7b to open the sub-passage 7. |
