PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument guide device suitable for having an operator recognize from which position of a device distal end a medical instrument inserted to a channel is projected.SOLUTION: An instrument guide device includes a plurality of channel parts having a proximal end side opening into which a tubular instrument is to be inserted, a channel communicated with the proximal end side opening and a distal end side opening through which the tubular instrument guided inside the channel is taken in and out of the channel. Each of the plurality of channel parts has a channel identification part which is visible by an instrument for observation inserted to the channel, and is distinguishable for each channel at a position from the proximal end side opening to the distal end side opening. |
