The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a 2-amino-2-[2-(4-C2-20-alkyl-phenypethyl]propane-1,3-diol compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and to the use thereof for treating, preventing or delaying the progression of multiple sclerosis in a paediatric patient or a patient suffering from a specific condition.
