The electrically powered vehicle has a removable traction battery that is arranged in an underbody-sided constructed space (1), where a transmission unit (2) is provided for fixed interlocking of the traction battery in the underbody-sided constructed space. The transmission unit has a tool interface, at which an actuating tool arranged outside the vehicle is engaged through a hole (5) arranged in the vehicle base to fix or to loose the traction battery. A seal is provided for underbody-side sealing of the hole and is made from silicone.
