The device (1) has steering wheel (3) that is provided between axle housing (2) and top plate (4). The tie rods (6) are made to pass through delimiting region (8). The top plate is provided to cover the steering wheel and axle housing. The steering wheel is clamped together with the top plate. The delimiting region is provided with legs that are projected into clamping ends (5) of the top plate. The legs are deformable by clamping ends of the top plate toward the direction of axle housing or steering wheel to clamp the axle housing or steering wheel during stretching the tie rods.
