PURPOSE: A dehydrating device for recycled plastic piece is provided to increase a dehydration effect by easing a falling of water drops in the process in which plastic pieces are pulverized in a polyhedral dehydrating box, and by dehydrating the plastic piece which has passed through a grinding and cleaning process with rotating dehydration wings at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A dehydrating device for recycled plastic piece comprises: a dehydrating box (30) which has multiple dehydrating holes in the inner part of the main body; and a rotary shaft which has multiple dehydration wings (40) inside of the dehydrating box. Dehydration is performed in a process of transferring the plastic pieces from the inlet part of the main body to the outlet of the main body. The dehydrating box is composed of a polyhedron which has 12 angles and multiple bumping surfaces (31), 6 dehydration wings which are arranged in a circular arc direction of a rotary shaft (20), and 13 dehydration wings which are arranged in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The plastic pieces are crashed in the bumping surface and twined around the rotary shaft with a helical curve of 0.5 pitch, while transferring to the outlet. |
