PURPOSE: An eye bandage device for fomentation is provided to improve user convenience and portability. CONSTITUTION: An eye bandage device for fomentation comprises a fomentation pack, an eye bandage (120), a storage case (130), a thermoelectric element, and a power supply device. The fomentation pack is capable of heat insulation. The eye bandage accommodates the fomentation pack and has a pair of fastening bands on both sides thereof. The storage case stores the eye bandage. The thermoelectric element transfers heat to the eye bandage to heat or cool the fomentation pack. The power supply device supplies power to the thermoelectric element.
