PURPOSE: A floating offshore structure is provided to control the position thereof depending on marine environment or conditions. CONSTITUTION: A floating offshore structure comprises a floating body (110) and multiple position control units (120). The floating body is operated and moored on the sea. The position control units are installed on the floating body. Each of the position control units comprises a support (122), wires (124), and a foil (126). The support is installed on the floating body. The wires are installed on the support. The foil is coupled to the wires to be rotatable.
