RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR MOLD CLEANING HAVING SILICA AND SILANE

PURPOSE: A silica silane rubber composition for washing a mold is provided to have an excellent separating performance and small residues in a mold by supplementing material properties such as tensile strength and modular with silica silane and maintaining a high cleaning performance. CONSTITUTION: A silica silane rubber composition for washing a mold mixes 100 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber, 10-50 parts by weight of silica and 30-80 parts by weight of calcium carbonate used for a filler, 1-10 parts by weight of silane which is a coupling agent, 3-20 parts by weight of monoethanolamine which is a washing agent, 1-5 parts by weight of zinc oxide which is an activator for inducing activation as an additional additive, 1-5 parts by weight of stearic acid, 1-5 parts by weight of titanium oxide for complementing a whiteness index, and 10-50 parts by weight for improving workability. The composition is mixed at 60-100 °C for 4-10 minutes. The 3-10 parts by weight of a cross linking agent is additionally added and mixed. The silane reinforces material properties by chemically combining the silica which is an inorganic material and a rubber component.
