PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device, and a method and a program for displaying broadcast stations promptly providing update information about receivable broadcast stations and not receivable broadcast stations.SOLUTION: A radio receiver for receiving an RDS broadcast causes, while outputting radio broadcasting on one tuner, the other tuner to scan a frequency band in background operations, creates a frequency table in which a receivable frequency is registered, and displays a broadcast station list on the basis of the frequency table. When scanning is performed, such as a processing A for extracting the RDS data or a processing B for determining whether a frequency in the frequency table can be received or not is performed. A broadcast station having the frequency determined as not receivable by the processing B is instantaneously deleted from the broadcast station list. |
