PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage system for easily grasping the use storage capacity of each user.SOLUTION: A storage system includes: data storage control means for controlling a storage device to store block data obtained by dividing a file and reference data, and to refer to data already stored in the storage device as the block data of a file to be newly stored by using the reference data; and storage capacity management means for calculating and storing a storage capacity in the storage device in which the block data are stored for each user who uses the file as the division source of the block data. Then, the data storage control means controls the storage device to store user identification information for identifying the user who uses the file as the division resource of the block data in association with the reference data for referring to the block data, and the storage capacity management means calculates the storage capacity of each user in the storage device on the basis of the user identification information associated with the reference data. |
