PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage relay circuit for reducing the noise of a reference voltage, and for quickening a rise even when low power consumption is achieved in a reference voltage generation circuit.SOLUTION: The reference voltage relay circuit includes: a filter part for relaying, to a regulator, a voltage obtained by removing the noise of a reference voltage to be supplied as an adjusted reference voltage; and a switching control part for, when a comparison voltage based on the alternate voltage of the adjusted reference voltage exceeds the reference voltage, issuing a normal supply command signal, and for, when the supply of the reference voltage is started, and the comparison voltage is not more than the reference voltage, issuing an alternate supply command signal. The filter part includes an alternate voltage generation/supply part for, when the alternate supply command signal is issued, generating the alternate voltage, and for supplying it to the regulator instead of the adjusted reference voltage. |
