PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration of a rod by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fin 402b which energizes a rod 402 in a direction intersecting at a right angle with the reciprocating direction of the rod is integrally formed at the rod 402 formed of resin having a valve element 404 at an end. According to this, since the movement of the rod in the direction intersecting at a right angle with the reciprocating direction of the rod is suppressed by the spring force of the fin 402b, the vibration of the rod 402 is prevented. Furthermore, since the fin 402b is integrally formed with the rod 402, the number of part times is reduced, thus making the configuration of the solenoid valve simple. |
