PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that allows a reduction in image quality due to influence of a flaw to be suppressed and makes an effective and high dynamic range synthesis possible, and a solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: An image processing device has a high dynamic range synthesis circuit 13. The high dynamic range synthesis circuit 13 has an interpolation processing section 25 and a flaw correction section 24. The interpolation processing section 25 executes interpolation processing using a second image signal from a second pixel that is a peripheral pixel positioned in the vicinity of a first pixel for the first pixel set to be an object pixel. The interpolation processing section 25 executes interpolation processing using a first image signal from the first pixel that is a peripheral pixel positioned in the vicinity of the second pixel for the second pixel set to be an object pixel. The flaw correction section 24 executes flaw correction with respect to the first image signal and the second image signal for the object pixels and the peripheral pixels used for the interpolation processing by the interpolation processing section 25.
