PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce costs for cloud computing and maintenance by efficiently using largely introduced customer systems, in a virtual cloud system and a virtual cloud program.SOLUTION: A virtual cloud system comprises: a plurality of customer systems integrally composed of a server and a number of clients; service management means which refers to a service management table for managing started services in association with identification keys on the basis of an identification key, permits a service start request if the identification key is registered and the number of started services of the identification key is equal to or less than N, and refuses the service start request in the other cases, when the service start request to which the identification key given to a customer to which a user belongs is added is received from the user; and session management means which manages a session by setting a service start flag in association with the identification key and setting start time in a session management table when the service start request is permitted. |
