PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a control of a target control device in a mode surely applied according to a user's situation.SOLUTION: A server 200 determines a control content of at least part of target control devices 500A, 500B and 500C associated with a portable terminal 100 on the basis of environmental data received from the portable terminal 100. When detected that the user with the portable terminal 100 reaches near the user's home (a registered position 1001) in the middle of a way from the outside the home to the home, the server 200 transmits information for controlling the control target devices 500A, 500B and 500C to a domestic server 400. |
