PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a service provider from uniquely specifying a user who receives a service, when the service provider provides the service on the basis of user data, and prevent content of the user data of a user from being specified even if the user data leaks outside an information processing device, when the user data is stored in a device different from the information processing device which the user owns.SOLUTION: A client terminal 10 transmits unencrypted biological information to an information distribution server device 20 in association with an application ID, and transmits encrypted biological information to a backup server device 30 in association with a user ID. An adviser terminal 40 receives input of advice for user data stored in the information distribution server device 20. The client terminal 10 downloads the advice for the user data from the information distribution server device 20. |
